Student Body President 2015-2016
Business Management Major
Intern to Althetics Director
Former IIC Crew Leader
SUU Outdoors Trip Leader
Avid Outdoorsmen

My recent experience includes being the SUU Student Body President, a voting member of our President’s Council and Board of Trustees, and chair of the Student Fee Review Committee. In these positions, I have represented our 8,800 students in decisionsregarding institutional policy, new programs, strategic planning,
budgets, fees, land acquisition, facilities projects, and various initiatives. I have developed adept skills of listening
to all spectrums of student opinion and advocating for the greatest good of the whole. While interacting with
administrators and trustees has been humbling, I have also become confident in my interactions with them on behalf of the many students I represent.

In addition to experience I have adept interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. An innate analytical and critical thinking capacity allows me to make sound decisions, while a strategic mindset leads to an understanding of how present decisions impact the future. Based on my skills and abilities, I would be a good candidate for any position I hold in the future.

My goal is to one day be in upper level management of a mid-size corporation enjoying my career. My past experience would suggest I am off to a good start. I plan on working hard everyday to achieve my goals.
